Not bad. Technically, down 1.9, but I'm almost keeping two books because my scale and theirs are not quite the same. I'd rather be conservative until we're in real numbers.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
