knew it must have been water :) feeling good. seems like i feel the best when i eat most of my calories during the day, then have a little snack (olives and wine??) for dinner.

Drinking all your water daily is a big help. They say we need ounces equivalent to half our body weight daily. For you, only about 72ounces! For me, quite a bit more...LOL
