I now weigh a stone less than I did when I was last weighed at SW in February and I now have a 33.5" waist and 40.5" hips and my BMI is now 29.4, getting less all the time- great!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
