Do you have rewards in mind for when you reach your goals? Non food related goals are key. I got a new hair cut bought makeup new workout gear new wardrobe. Your doing great.

No rewards planned out at all. Lol Hadn't even considered it. Generally just super excited to tick off each goal so I guess that an reward in and of itself. 😊
