Back on track after the holidays. Meal plans and eating habits took a big hit while the boys were in town for the holidays. Funny thing, as our youngest son was preparing to go back to school he told me his eating habits since being home were unhealthy. In shock I turn to him and stated "Your eating habits are unhealthy since being home? Our eating habits are, I've been cooking based on what you boys like." He had started working on eating healthier after his last break and we didn't even know it. On the positive side that means food isn't controlling our daily lives like it used to, otherwise we would have discussed food at some point in our conversations.
282.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 142.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
