I have spent the last few months tweaking my diet to accommodate my job and lifestyle adequately while also simplifying those accommodations as much as possible. I think I have developed a decent routine for myself at the moment, though it is not without flaws. With the holiday season coming to a close, I plan to get back to that routine with the intention of incorporating more exercise and a subsequent diet tweak to accommodate.
