6 January 2017 I was the same weight as today, all but a year later. in tbat time my weight has shufted up or down a kilo or two but has essentially stayed the same. It seems as though this is the weight my body is trying to be, but it is too fat for my liking, so I will shake it up.

I am interested in the concept of fasting for longer periods. I was doing some half awake calculations that a longer fast in the week for say 60 hours, easy sums (a 2 and a half day fast), is essentially a bigger view of 16:8 which instinctively is how I eat, though I probably have a smaller than 8 hour daily eating window in reality. We will see. ...

Happy new year, may 2018 be all we want of it for us all.
153.7 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
