Last two days were a true test. I was slammed with mss work and stuck at the computer with deadlines to meet. There was no time at all to excersice... these are the times, especially around the holidays where it's easy to let it go. But you know what? I MADE the time anyway... carved an hour and a half out of each day and got my swims in... never matter that I had to go in the evening and freeze my ass off in the middle of December in an outside pool... I did it. On point. No letting up. That's how I got all this weight off to begin with. Discipline = Freedom.
275.6 lb Lost so far: 186.4 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
