No eating after last meal at 6.30 pm until breakfast at 9 am the next day. No bread but Ryvita sparingly.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
