I weighed myself and as tears ran down my face I realized this won't discourage my dream. I will do this 100 percent again. I'm going to fight this as much as I can. on the other hand I'm going and switching to suboxeon I've heard its a lot better for you with lesser side affects. Not including one clinic I go too I will get weeks sippy. I hope I can #prayers
168.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Omg.don't lose it now keep your recovery on track.Rethink your diet lay it all out.don't be starving yourself cause your body will go into a self preservation mode. Marquis can fill you in on that!!! so stop,stop,stop being so hard on yourself.You can do with out stressing out ok☺your FS FAMILY Is here for you.
