I've been off the shakes for a couple of weeks, but was happy to receive a new shipment and am back on track today. I did fudge quite a bit while out of town at a business converence last week - and then ate out a few times this weekend. Not surprised to see the scale up a bit, but looking forward to a downward trend this week.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
