Dropped another pants' size!! Thought I wasn't making progress (could the numbers on the scale just be water weight?), but this week I seem to be moving in a forward direction.

Now I need a way to politely ask around if anyone wants my old size 18s!!
209.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
