Well, yesterday was a bust! I was going to go to the gym first thing in the morning and then my manager called me to tell me I was suppose to be at work at 8:00am! So I didn't eat anything all day until dinner time, and that was at Wendy's. So disappointed with myself, but hopefully today will go right. Plus I didn't get on here and do anything!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Scrook1 don't beat up on yourself...today is a new day ;) ! If I absolutely have to eat on the road try McD's. They are wonderful about taking requests (Wendy's too probably). I ask them to place my grilled chicken patty ( or burger) in a box with the lettuce and tomato (no bun). They will do it! (don't forget to ask for utensils, ha) You have your protein, a little side salad, and your still on your diet too....works for me! I'm on the Induction part still and a friend told me about this trick. Without it there is at least two times in the last two weeks I would have been in trouble...Thank goodness for our buddies!!!!

Most fast food restaurants will accomodate, although Burger King never seems to understand what it is that I am ordering. McDs is really good about it - they even discount at the one I go to. I can get a double cheeseburger no bun and a small side salad for only $2.33. They put the meat w/ lettuce in a cute little bowl.

Isn't it just great when the kids in the backseat are yelling McDonalds, McDonalds, AND you can actually eat there!!!! ;)

I love Jimmy Johns unwiches. I used to do weight watchers and the sandwiches were too many points. Now on Atkins I can eat almost anything I want they just wrap the sandwich in lettuce instead of bread
