Didn't lose this week. Not certain why. I guess I was a little more liberal with my indulgences than I realized and didn't exercise enough? Hmm....keeping at it. Light, yummy dinner tonight; working a lot on my feet this weekend to stay active. Will continue slowly, steadily losing until summer when I can kick it into high gear. At least I didn't gain.
