i "knew" yesterday was an anomaly! Back down to 174 this morning and pushing on. Picked up an Apple Watch yesterday at Target as they were less than at NEX. Next step is to cancel the cable portion of my package and just move to internet TV.
With the watch my step count went up immediately. Next is to make sure I get up and move around from my desk during the day.

BF recorded me snoring the other night, I was stuffed up, but he was sure I was dying. Things to be mindful of as I need to take this journey seriously.

Veggies, movement and mindfulness. My three key words for the week.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
