I was just completely stupid last night and ate a bunch of football appetizers like pizza and bread with dips and just wanted to see what would happen ... and now I know 😳 ...I love this app because it forces me everyday to realize what the heck happens when I eat like I used too😬
151.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.1 lb a week

Drink half-caf coffee. It'll kill those night-time munchies.

My husband has a hard time with football too, he always wants junk with football. The bad thing is then we all end up with junk if he caves in. You'll get rid of that gain, just remember to have healthy snacks on hand during the next game. :)
