Here we GO! I'm starting my low-carb diet today! I'm excited can you tell? Please ignore the 5.5lbs I apparently lost overnight. My official weigh in day is going to be Wednesday (once a week). My first recorded weight reflects the day that I got totally smashed and pigged out on everything in the fridge and cupboards. That day was my wake up call :-)
