I haven't been weighing and measuring and it shows on the scale. Today I plan to weigh and measure and eat the right foods. Tonight is a potluck and games which is a bit harder to navigate. I don't know how to do it. I'm bring green salad and celery with cream cheese. The hostess is making turkey meatballs so I wont know carb count.
