Balance lunges - even with the weights that usually help me balance - my right side was just terrible! WEEBLE WOBBLE CITY!
Then on the first set of pull ups - my purple band snapped in two - so only got 1 in before time up. Pulled out the next level resistance - the blue bands - and there is a significant difference between the purple and the blue. MUCH more difficult to pull the blue. Probably where I needed to be anyway, but I was feeling whimpy this morning. (Got over that quick).
Ab Ripper X - Did my good 15 reps for most part. Was tickled that I got 20 good moves on the last move. That is the first time EVER! Wahoo!
Course after the workout, I so could have taken a nap. LOL. That would not be my life. :)
Planning smarter today. Lately I've been ending my day with way too many calories leftover - I'm still eating the calories, but don't like to have that much food leftover to eat at night.
Water - I did actually drink 128 fl oz water yesterday - feel like that is the reason for the weight gain, so not really worried about it. It will drop again. Trying to "camel up" - I will be working a golf tournament all day tomorrow - will be outside at a tee box on the course, so not too much opportunity to drink a ton of water...otherwise will be going in the woods, if you get my drift. I have the same for today. Also fighting sinus issues, which the water is guaranteed to flush that out too. So yeah!
Another crazy dream last night - it was definitely stressful. I was hemorrhaging - because I drank too much water. Literally that was it - the sole reason for the hemorrhage. Scary is what it was. Looked up hemorrhage in the dream dictionary - hears what it suggests. Hemorrhage To dream that you are hemorrhaging suggests loss of vitality, loss of faith in yourself, and lack of self-confidence. Also consider where you are hemorrhaging from and analyze the symbolism of that body part.
A different dream I couldn't find my car in a parking lot in the dark...I really can't stand dreams like that where I'm constantly searching for something! And not finding them!!!
