In regards to the labyrinth, I took a promising turn and found myself at a dead end. Allowed emotional eating habits in, didn't get enough rest, wasn't taking care of myself, wasn't watching portion control, wasn't doing alot of stuff and that just happened in a matter of days. Crazy how you think you are doing good stuff, and then you choose poorly and it leads nowhere.
