Slacked off way too much these past few days. Haven't wanted to workout AND ate too much of things I shouldn't have. And now I have 4 pounds to lose again. Damn! Gotta kick myself back on track.

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, instant coffee granules, unsweetened cocoa powder, water, and ice.)
2.)Lunch:

***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" (3lb & 5lb weights)
128.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
