***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "Shred it with Weights" (15lb. & 10lb. kettlebell)

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.)Breakast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, apricot mix-in, water, orange juice, Original Almond Milk, vanilla extract, ice)
2.)Lunch: 10 Lumpia with vinegar & garlic dip
3.)Dinner: Visalus Shake (shake mix, orange juice, vanilla extract, water, Original Almond Milk, and ice.), and 1.5 cups of Korean Beef Rice Bowl (minus the rice).
4.)Dessert: Love Letters Coffe-Chocolate Flavor Wafer Sticks

***EVENING WORKOUT***

{{{I've gained 3 pounds since Thursday or Friday, but I'm not too upset. I think it's because I reached my goal weight (which I didn't think would be possible), so I let mysel enjoy not being pushed for a few days. Fortunately, I didn't get back into the 130s, like I was afraid of, but I'm not going to take anything for granted. I need to make sure I workout better this week. I slacked off last week because I didn't feel that great, AND I had lost motivation. I have been pushing myself hard since March, and needed a little "vacation" from my weight obsession. But I need to get back in the groove or else I'll have a hard time getting back on the "good health wagon". I just don't like losing motivation. It makes it so hard to enjoy what I'm doing for myself. I want to teach my kids good habits, and it has to start with me. I don't know what to expect at my weigh-in tomorrow, but I'm hoping I didn't gain weight. I tries to watch what I ate today, but cooking dinner for my family really did me in today. I made Korean Beef Rice Bowl and it smelled sooooo good. I had to have a kid-sized bowl...but I didn't eat any of it with rice. However, I ended up eating two kid-sized bowls AND those Filipino coffee-chocolate wafer sticks....so I'm worried that my workouts didn't help me much. Gotta be harder on myself tomorrow.}}}
127.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
