Ok, back on track.....
145.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2189 kcal Fat: 88.67g | Prot: 71.78g | Carb: 277.35g.   Breakfast: fat free coffee mate, Omega 3 ps D3 softgels, Hershey's cocoa, coffee. Lunch: fried zucchini, rice noodles, shrimp alfred, sweet n sour chicken. Dinner: chicken thigh, chicken drumstick. Snacks/Other: mcdonald's hot fudge sundae, chocolate morsels, Hershey's chocolate syrup, chocolate soft serve ice cream. more...
