Urgh!
Why?!
I know better.
My stomach is complainng most bitterly.
Just a small spoinful of custard and I am in agony.
I hope I manage to get some sleep. A long difficult day ahead tomorrow and I did not sleep well last night being a Monday.
Oh well.
Serves me right.

I still don't get why I did that.
Why do we continue to do what we know causes us harm????
154.5 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Slow learner - guess so! Maybe I was just hoping things had changed. Glad they haven't really, makes it so much easier when it causes pain.
