I for one cannot weigh in very often, it plays havoc with me. One reason I quit WW I'd have weekly panic attacks lol. So I set goal of six weeks to weigh in. I'm on a low carb low calorie diet. I know if I stay on program it has to come off. I have a challenge to be under 200 by Christmas, current weight 221. I don't own a scale or I'd be on it constantly.
