Countdown day 22 I think Phooka said. Finally on the move towards ooh, even an orange line would be great. That is a way off as my ultimate goal is 10 kilos away. I am so pleased to be back on track, long may it continue.

Food for me this week... as usual, though maybe a few more nuts and meat and less cheese. I have over a kilo of sprouts and 1 1/2 cauliflowers left to munch on this week, and lettuce and spinach and mushrooms,. As usual. Oh, and a move to green peppers rather than red or yellow. I getbthe traffic light packs and the little fella doesn't like the green ones. Neither do I but they are significzntly lower on carbs so tick the box, and they don't get wasted. They are ok raw. And meat. I had my first joint of little Bobby goat this week. Was a bit apprehensive as he was an entire billy goat and I hate billy goat smell. He wasn't tainted with billygoat essence so that is great. The old folk had BillyBilly, they were welcome to him, hope they don't bring any with them! Home grown meat is the best. All natural grass fed, no medicines, happy creatures, relaxed, quick on farm death, no foul processing. And their name on the bag so I can acknowledge their life.

Ramble ramble.... I think I just need a ppacemarker for where I am.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
