2555 kcal Fat: 73.93g | Prot: 71.56g | Carb: 366.66g.   Breakfast: Everything Bagel, 37% Light Buttery Spread, Whipped Plain Cream Cheese. Lunch: Spinach, Palm Hearts, Plain Yogurt, Cauliflower, Misc., Organic Uncured Turkey Hot Dogs, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Whole Wheat Bread, Granola, Black Olives, Lite Creamy Parmesan with Cracked Peppercorn Dressing. Dinner: tortilla soup, stir fry vegetables, rice, cranberry sauce. Snacks/Other: Whole Wheat Bread, Jam Preserves, Cantaloupe Melons, Strawberry Frozen Fruit Bar, Maple Syrup, Plain Pancakes, misc, Almond Butter. more...
