I did the two week induction for the Atkins diet along with my sister n law and boyfriend we all decided that the south beach diet would all make it easier to stick to healthier eating with more options.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
