Penlan's Journal, 06 October 2017

So, here we are, still same same.
One day the number on the scales will shift.
I am doing everything right.
After so long of being off the rails I reckon the fat cells are open, full of water and waiting for a refill. One day they will give up. Might be anyway ;)

I do feel particularly squishy in my body. ... Soft and luscious and curvy and sensuous.

Doing what I avoided for many years and looking in the mirror brings me back to reality. Urgh. Wobbly bits dangling all over the place where they shouldn't.

Aware that if the weight does shift I will have even droopier dangly bits and loose waterfall skin. ... Sigh. Oh well.

Thanks for the advice folks... always good. I have no idea what bulletproof collagen protein is ydahal85. Is that beef? Or any red meat? I still have a bit of my cow in the freezer but most of my meat is now from my sheep. I know I haven't been eating as much meat as I would like as I had a lot of sheep to butcher so left them as large joints. Bad move when cooking for one. They do store better in big pieces and I do have an industrial bandsaw so I can cut them down still frozen. Exercise. That is an interesting one bubblegum14. I think exercise will help get the body fit, so it is a brilliant and necessary thing to do. I do as much as I can, though not as much as I want to, so my priorities are obviously elsewhere. I am not inactive though, and I am fitter than I have been and get better every day. For some people exercise will make them hungry, but I don't find that. Not sure if it is due to low carbs, but I just never feel any hunger, even after strenuous exercise. Not since I had to give up all grains, pulses, seeds and seed oil, banana and potato because my body rejected them in spectacular ways. I used to think it was a really odd thing, but it seems it is pretty basic low carb living. My carbs come from whole fruit and vegetables and milk. (Whoops, 'fess up time, I had a small ginger beer last night.... that will be the last one... oh my how sweet was that!!) That is about as far as eating processed food goes for me, an odd factory drink. Mind, redjus is factory processed, as is gin, and I drink those :D :D No, I do not have time enough to make wine and spirits. Not yet. ...

I'm not great at exercising, but I have a stationary bike and it's really easy to loose 400 calories on it in half hour. and a stepper, which you can get for about £30, burns the same amount! if you're stalling, try giving your system a boost with zig zagging calories.

The intake of bulletproof collagen protein ensure the cohesion, elasticity and regeneration of skin, hair, tendon, cartilage, bones, and joints."
