UGH!! I hate hate hate hate the darn scale! And i should have known better because i started walking yesterday and i didn't drink as much water. My bad! Well hopefully the numbers go down soon. Maybe i need to up my calorie count? Bought me a pair of Shape Ups. Oh my goodness my legs were on fire! so i guess that means that they are working. wooohooo
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I felt the same way yesterday! Stay focused and the scale will become your friend again. If you're not sure on your calories, double check it on WebMd's site. Have a better day!

Great job on the walking. Im sure it had to do with the water, just make sure you up this today and youll be fine.

Whenever you start a new exercise plan you may see a temporary gain on the scale (muscles get little tears and become sore, they retain water to help them heal which can show up on the scale as a gain or no loss). Once your muscles get used to the exercise it will go away and should kick up your weight loss.
