Damn, and I thought a couple of burgers wouldn't hurt. Yeah right, I knew they would just didn't think it would be this bad. I was doing really well all week and then Friday night and Saturday just KO'd me.
Back on the horse though.
284.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 104.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you trying Atkins? If so, your carbs are way too high. If you are doing Atkins, I'd suggest you go back to induction and restart. Watch your total calories, but watch the carbs like a hawk. Hang in there for a month and you will be really pleased with the result.

I agree with the previous post, it doesn't seem like you are doing atkins. Try reading the book or researching more about atkins and restart it.

Atkins is a little challenging at first but you can do it. Only 20-25 net carbs per day and you will lose weight very quickly. If you miss having a burger with buns try this recipe that someone told me about. It is call oopsie bun. If you type it into a search it will pop up but it is only one carb and is induction friendly. Im rooting for you!

I agree with the others - you're not doing Atkins. Where are your vegetables? Atkins is high fat not high protein. You should check out atkins.com to read up on the plan so you can follow it correctly.
