Hard time eating
The funny thing is that i am hungry. Starving even some times but just have no appetite. You're right though. I have all sorts of fat to sustain my body.

Hard time eating
this might seem like a foreign concept for a lot of people here but I am having a hard time eating at all. My daily intake has been rapidly decreasing and it isn't because I am trying to starve myself. I know all about eating disorders and it is certainly not what I am trying to do. My appetite is just gone and I am literally forcing myself to eat a can of peas just to get my calories for the day over a 1,000...I don't know what to do. I feel like I will throw up if I eat.

No weightloss
Hi everyone. I have been watching what I eat very closely and exorcizing but have failed to lose anything. I feel I have gotten healthier and have had a couple other perks but I really want to see a loss. I usually give up around this time but I am determined to keep going to I thought maybe I should just try and get some motivation to keep going. Smile

Can't stop late night food craves
I have that same problem. One thing you could try is eating a later dinner. Just try to stop eating 2 hours before bed. I don't have that option since I work at night. What I always had to do to get started is promise someone every night that I won't eat. After the first 3 days it is easy--in my opinion. Drink lots of water. Decaf tea can help since it will feel warm in your stomach. Much success to you.

Hi Jules. I have some bad and good news for you. Calorie counting sucks--at first. It takes a long times and sometimes you have to enter in your own nutrition labels. The good news on calorie counting though is that you get to see how quickly calories add up which is extremely helpful! The second bad news: depending on how you are used to eating, cutting calories down to what this site recommends can and probably will make you hungry. I am STARVING! That's just me though. Let me tell you why people complain of hunger when they are on a diet other than the obvious reason; we all have a weight set point. This point causes you to feel hungry when your body starts to lose weight and decreases hunger when you are starting to gain--of course a lot of us can easily eat when we are not hungry. So, even though you are getting the amount of calories your body needs you might feel incredibly hungry because of the signals your brain is sending to your body. Just try to be strong and eat lots of protein and fiber to help. Drink lots of water too! I hope this helps you and I wish you much success!

Don't drink enough water and that couple pound loss can turn into a couple pound gain again from water weight. Ugh.
