Yeah, be sure to take your nutrients, especially magnesium, potassium and vitamins... It helped me. Amazing how it works. End of 2 months on keto. Ending 72 hour fast today around lunch. Hardest was day 2 with family eating around me, was really hungry at night. Measuring waist, from a 52 inch to 47 inches. Pants size from 46 to 40s.
