Day One was good because being part of a group inspires me to do better. I thought about the others in the challenge and was hoping everyone was doing great! I know it isn't a "keeper number", but being down 2 pounds from day 1 to day 2 sure makes me feel better.
I went shopping and bought all the "good food" I love that will ensure success for the next week or so - salmon, chicken, halibut and my favorite salad fixings, veggies and fruit. It's so much easier when you have food you love AND especially when there is no junk food in the house!
I really enjoy the exercise videos from Tracy Anderson too,. So... everything I have going for me today is setting me up to succeed! Any slip or mistake I make is because of that little voice in my head that says "well just start tomorrow.." or "no one will know..." and there is worse chatter too, but I am tuning that voice OUT!
Plus get to look forward to Vacation Day! Which will only be something fun and wonderful, not sabbotage!
