Ran a dritri 52.37 min total and 3.1 mile run in 30 min. My very first mock triathlon.
1 week in on carnivore diet. Got a little chest cough after run.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
