I started a year ago on a LCHF for 6 weeks.
Tried a Carnivore diet at the beginning of this year for 6 weeks and noticed a much better difference.

I started Intermittent Fasting around June on normal diet (Medium Carb, High Fat)

Starting Zerocarb on September 15th planning for 3 months.
