I have been so frustrated all week because the scale wasn't moving! I was nervous to weigh in for my challenge. But today I lost two more pounds! I have increased my running and increased my ab workout. And I'm doing pretty well with food. Yesterday I only had two meals and I went all out with lunch - I had a huge chef's salad and some barley salad. I have discovered these Atkins Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownies - they are delicious! They taste just like Little Debbie! You have to be careful with them, they are 170 calories for a small brownie, but they only have 2 grams of carbs. Normally bars and especially Atkins stuff tastes processed and yucky, but not these! They taste AMAZING. I highly recommend them.
