Today is Saturday, went out eating dinner with a friend Thursday evening, had more food than usual, but kept it keto. Lots of guacamole and half a fajitas chicken breast. Was up to 254.6 on Fri, and I realized that I was not having any good BM. So took my magnesium, potassium supplements and was back on track. Need to remember doing that. Back on ACV. Today lunch with a friend at a bbq joint, will fast today and tomorrow, hope he does not mind I skip eating... Lol
252.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
