Only one meal : 6 eggs, butter, heavy cream , 4 slices of bacon and guacamole. Of lots of water and 3 cups of water. Gout is still very painful... So lots of advil. Need to reconnect with my Dr. See if there is anything else I can do besides allopurinol and advil.
