Old Scale: 108.4
New Scale: 106.2

The new scale is my official scale, so I'm going to use that number as my official number, but I wanted to write down both weights, just in case I look back at my weight history and wonder how the heck I lost 3lbs in one day.

I forgot to mention, at the doctor's office, Wednesday April 11th, I weighed 111lbs with shoes and clothing on, but the appointment was at 1:00pm, so I had already eaten breakfast & a light snack...

I wish I had my new scale, so I could have rushed home and weighed myself! Oh well.
106.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
