Yesterday I had a busy day catching up on chores and the yards. I slept in late with my wife and missed breakfast completely today. I'm so glad to have her back home. I missed her greatly while she was away with our new Granddaughter. She's back now and I'm ready for her cooking. Maintenance continues...
153.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the new grandaughter! I have one still cooking, due late January in CA, and two kiddos in NY, and I'm stuck in the middle (pouts). They are a big part of the reason I started this journey!
