Yipee! The weight keeps dropping off. People I haven't seen in a while comment about how I look like I've dropped a lot of weight. Folks I l have seen as well. Of course I don't see it as drastically as they do but hey, I do notice the progress and appreciate the comments.

231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
