I really don't know about this weight thing sometimes but I know my clothes still fits really well...or really poorly(lost a lot!). I didn't post last week because I gained a bit. But the reality...Ive been undisciplined and that spurred me to really rededicate to keto. I was breaking it so often, eating terrible stuff while at my job training, just being really wasteful while out and about. The amount of sugary nonsense I ate is inexcusable. And the money as well. Here's too a dedicated November.

After two weeks of plateauing, I guess, a lot of weight came right off. Dedication to getting back to eating better, and less, as well as increased levels of biking I was at in previous weeks. It's exciting knowing I'm getting closer to my goal.

Plateau for now possibly? Nah I know I'm just not at as big a deficit as I should be. Adjustment for this next week and I expect to see at least 2 pounds off.
