Still following Keto really well aside from 2 days where probably consumed over 50 carbs. Exercise is usually 4-5 days a week in some capacity and high intensity.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
