RASLowder's Journal, 11 April 2012

Due to scale malfunctions, I have apparently begun this journey with false info. I weighed in at 284 on my old scale, which one week later told me I weighed 266, 301, and 270. All on the same day. So I bought a new one, which last week said I was 296 and this week says I am 295.2. So I am going to assume and hope that this new scale is accurate. Even though it puts me farther away from my goal, I can at least move forward with accurate info. *sigh* My entries look so crazy! I have been doing really well monitoring my calories, fat, protein, and carbs though. So I will continue to watch what I eat and how active I am and eventually I will get down to where I want to be. Stupid scale!
295.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 105.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
