Weighed myself yesterday, stepped off the scale, weighed myself again. It's the same scale I always weigh myself on, but losing all 3 pounds in a week seems a little fast. I mean, I'e gotten back to my normal eating habits (and have been so busy at work that I've haven't eaten as much as usual due to not having time), and I have added in some extra workouts, but dang. It may have been a low point, and I expect my weight to fluctuate as usual, but I'll take it!
