Slacking on the walking the last couple days - work then swim classes and club meetings for my daughter and rain! Makes getting in those walks difficult! No swim tonight but more rain. I need my treadmill back! Gotta find a way! Back to the gym????
144.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
