wow great job, I lost my first 50 by diet alone, now I am ready to add working out for the next 50, then diet exercise, plus a high protein diet for the last 40, I think I am going to do as you did 45 min cardio then weightlifting my weights will just be a little lighter lol

Thank you it's very much appreciated, I have turned in to a health nut now. I tend to take things over board when I get in to some thing I enjoy. I hope I dont lose the motivation because I feel like I have a lot more to go. project is never complete. Congrats on the first 50, working out is the key to keeping things moving. At first it was a burden but the light you get the easier and more fun it becomes. Keep it up, your looking good.
