A little disappointed about the weigh in. I feel like I lost more but hey, my clothes feel different, Im going to continue. each pound adds up. Im going to adjust my carb intake starting today.Im going to do better at following the diet, also if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
253.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If your clothes fit better,that in itself says so much.The scale is tricky,it will control you.I can weigh myself in the morning,and the next morning have gained 5lbs ,yet i'm down one pant size.This has always been the case for me.If you weigh in once a week,you won't be so annoyed by the scale,this is also a good time to review what changes you need to make to keep a clean induction.Only you know if you really stuck to the plan.Sounds like you have a good handle on what you need to change to keep going.Good Luck!
