Doing pretty well on my diet lately. Most days I am able to stay under 20carbs. I hate the days where I go for 2 or more days without losing an weight. It makes me feel unaccomplished and unmotivated. I keep on going though and dont give up. I also find it hard to do my walk without my bff and my hubby texting me while I walk. Yesturday they both werent available to text me back and I struggled to complete my walk. I was explaining to my bff that for me its like a football player without his fans and cheerleaders...he doesnt play as well. I am just one of those people that needs my rooting team to make it through. I dont have nothing planned for today except relaxing and my walk tonight. I hope everyone has a great day.Xoxo-Daisy

Well we can be the cheerleaders and fan in your head. Just think of us while you are walking. I know its not the same but have you tried listening to music or something else?

Yeap I do listen to my mp3 player when I walk. It helps me some but some days are just harder then others. Its helps me though to have people rooting me on so I dont feel alone. I am thankful though for the rooting team there in spirit :) thanks.

I walk at night so I walk on an exercise sidewalk thats next to a busy street and that is well lite. I like it cuz I feel safe and I know where I need to get to every night. New Mexico isnt very scenic and doesnt have places to hike and such so I do what I can. I am kinda worried though cuz I have been having tis ongoing pain in the top of my right foot. I dont know whats causing it but it sure puts a damper on walking and makes we limp and walk slower.

No that is very cool, I was just curious because when I go walk and if I'm by myself i go to the track at the local high school and there are people there every evening and I put in my earbuds and turn up my music and try to pick out which walker I am going to pass.. lol! or with my laps I try to make atleast one of my laps faster than last time.. b/c I guess I'm kind of crazy lol!! but I dont really do tooooo much walking like that b/c my schedule is so crazy I normally do my elliptical at home. So sorry to hear about your foot pain, have you had a chance to have any check it out? I know I have occasional knee and ankle problems but it's b/c I danced for 16 yrs and well..apparently anything can take a toll on your body. looking at your profile sounds like you're doing a really great job!! good to see ya here. =)
